Teacher Training Administrator
at Teach in Kent (TIK) 

Salary: NJC Grade D2 Points 04 – 11 (£16,977 - £19,081)

Hours: 32.5 / Term Time Only

Contract type: permanent

Teach in Kent pride ourselves on high levels of support for our schools with timely advice on all aspects of teacher training and ITT recruitment. Many of our partner schools host a number of recruitment events to help them address the challenges of staffing in an increasingly difficult landscape. With our support, our partner schools use a "grow your own" approach to support their existing staff as well as recruitment directly through Teach in Kent.

We are seeking a dedicated individual who has prior knowledge of working within an administration-based environment. This person should have excellent ICT skills and previous experience in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside the existing team in providing administrative support to external organisations and trainees. You should also be confident in ensuring you deliver excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with enquiries from potential trainees, teachers and school leaders.
